How should I care for my bag or piece?
Our pieces are designed to age gracefully. To prolong their beauty, store them away from direct sunlight and moisture. When not in use, we recommend keeping them in a dust bag.

What materials do you use, and how should I treat them?
We use natural, vegetable-tanned leathers and organic textiles. Each will develop a unique patina over time. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to clean. For leather care, use a natural leather balm occasionally to nourish and protect.

Can I waterproof my leather piece?
We do not recommend synthetic waterproofing sprays. A natural conditioner may offer some protection from light moisture. These pieces are made to evolve with use — small marks and wear are part of the story.

My bag has slight imperfections — is this normal?
Yes. Each item is handcrafted using natural materials. Variations in texture, tone, or stitching are a hallmark of authenticity and character.

Do you offer repairs?
Yes. If your piece ever needs care, please get in touch. We offer repair services or can recommend trusted artisans to help extend the life of your item.
