All our products come with a 2-year guarantee from the date of purchase. This covers faults in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If something goes wrong within this time, we’ll repair or replace the item — at no cost to you.
To start a warranty claim, simply contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.
