How to Choose the Correct Size:
If you have a belt you wear regularly: Measure from the end of the buckle to the hole you use most often — this is your waist size.
Example: If the measurement is 102 cm (40 in.), choose Size T3.
If you don’t have a belt: Measure the waist of your pants or use a conversion guide to determine your waist size.
Note: Belt waist size is about 15 cm (6") shorter than the total length of the belt.
A 100 cm (38") waist size belt will have a total length of approximately 115 cm (45").
Tip: If you’re between sizes, opt for the larger size—there are two extra holes on either side for flexible adjustment.
