To select the correct size:
If you have a belt you wear regularly: Measure the distance from the end of the buckle to the hole you use most often. This measurement is your waist size.
Example: If the distance is 102 cm (40"), select size T3.
If you do not have a belt: Measure the waist of your pants or refer to a pants-to-waist conversion chart. Remember: the waist size is about 15 cm (6") shorter than the total belt length.
For instance, a 100 cm waist size belt (38") has a total length of 115 cm (45").
